We’re looking for an Account Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv. This is a full-time role with flexible hours, but availability during US West Coast business hours (at least 3 nights per week) is required.
You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers, owning relationships end-to-end. This includes onboarding, driving adoption, helping accounts succeed with the platform, and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. Your role is to make sure customers are not just active, but growing, by resolving blockers, offering strategic guidance, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, and ensuring they get continuous value over time.
You’ll also collaborate closely with product, support, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience and bring insights from the field back into the company.

Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding and early success for new customers
- Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive check-ins and performance insights
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, solving issues directly or coordinating with support and product

Personal requirements
